We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective results
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining inventory
- Client Relations
(1) Serve as the lead to successfully onboard new accounts.
(2) Collaborate with the client and home office to resolve issues or concerns.
(3) Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers.
(4) Maintain a high level of customer service through consistent quality control checks.
- Team Leader - Hire, train, certify, motivate, and inspire a distributed team of janitors to accomplish work.
(1) Train team on how to properly and safely service clients.
(2) As needed, such as for new accounts when cleaners are not in place, select and recruit your janitorial team.
(3) Audit inventory and deliver supplies to client sites.
(4) Regularly inspect your team’s work.
(5) Coach team members.
(6) Lead team meetings as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
